- Mammogram and pap smear screening for women.
Criteria of HSP 3.0
Eligibility Criteria
- Malaysian.
- Aged between 40 and 59 years old.
- An active PERKESO contributor under the Invalidity Scheme (has at least one (1) month of contribution in the current year).
- Has at least 12 months of total contributions under the Invalidity Scheme.
To check eligibility and undergo health screening under the HSP 3.0, employees need to download the SEHATi mobile app via Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
