What should the panel do if they've chosen the wrong laboratory after printing the lab form?

In the event that the clinic panel selects the incorrect laboratory after having already printed the lab form, they may delete the existing appointment and proceed to create a new one.
 

During this process, they should ensure the following:

1. Record the IC number and patient vitals as they are needed to create a new appointment, and rekey in the patient vitals accordingly.

2. Select the correct laboratory to prevent any further confusion or inaccuracies.
