What steps should the panel take if a patient fails to attend their appointment?

If a patient misses their appointment, the panel clinic has the option to reach out to them to arrange a new appointment date.

Please check either the status of the appointment is it Pending or Upcoming. Patient able to see this in their Sehati application by clicking Settings > Appointments. 

If it is Pending , user able to cancel from their end. If it is Upcoming, clinic has to cancel from their end. 

 

In situations where the panel clinic is unable to establish contact with the patient, we encourage them to reach out to us directly at 03-4264 5089 or via email at hsp@perkeso.gov.my. We're here to assist and facilitate a resolution to such issues.
