Reviewing and Downloading Payment Information

As a panel member, you have the ability to monitor the progression of your payments. This can be done by signing into your dashboard and inspecting the status of your payment. Furthermore, you can download the payment remittance for your documentation.

 

Please bear in mind that the payment process might take a considerable amount of time to finalize, particularly after the funds have been released by PERKESO. We kindly ask for your patience while the system manages the payment information.

You may also asked for the payment status and explain to the panel. For example, Pending Approval ( Awaiting Perkeso's Approval) , Pending Payment Release (Payment will be made in 14-21 working days).
